At short notice we knew Jackie was coming to Ohio from Albuquerque New Mexico for a family wedding. Jackie was good enough to take time from her busy weekend to eat lunch with us. Defintely would have been nice to spend more time but we had a good visit with the time we had. We are classmates & we all hope Jackie can make it back here in 2 years for our class reunion. Great seeing the girls for lunch.

Our Anniversary

Today was Dennis and my 38th wedding Anniversary. Wow !! Seems such along time but not really. We just decided what we wanted to do was just chill out at home. We had been on the go so much it just seemed a really good idea. Of course he had to go to work this afternoon so it did not last long. We both played on our computers and I had fixed him lunch with his favorite homemade bread I made him with bread machine. Tomorrow we are going to search for a new stove. Our stove decide to blow the computer digital stuff in it and would cost to much to fix so we decided to go out with the old and buy new. Repair man suggested to putting componates in would be a waste. Have to get finding one I like my oven. When you don't have it that is when you want to use it. That is it for now!!

Pumpkin Run Nationals 5-7th Owensville Ohio

We had a great time at the Pumpkin Run Nationals at Owensville Ohio fairgrounds near Cincinnati. We went with two other couple friends for the three day event. On our car show blog is only a few pictures. Of course Dennis took over 400 pictures so we have a lot to look at over the winter. This was our last car show for the season. We could not have asked for better weather it was hot and sunny. What a weekend!!!

Pumpkin Run

It has been a really good weekend. We went to Cincinnati to go to Owensville Ohio to the 32nd annual Pumpkin Run. There was over than 2880 cars there I think they said. Plenty of pictures he took that is for sure. Not in computer yet but soon will put a few on on http://www.ohiodossettsatcarshows.blogspot.com/ . We were there from Friday till Sunday with two other couples and met some fiends there. Had a great time. Now back home and back to the real world.
